Abstract: Daniel will give you a brief overview of building a state-of-the-art open source smartwatch based on Zephyr. He will present the idea behind the project and provide a look into the hardware and software components. He will also show you a quick demo and give you an idea about the next steps.

Abstract: In the first part the speakers will outline and share insight about how Free and Open Source Software is handled at ZEISS, coming the compliance way and ramping up the more fun part, active engagement. The second part will then focus on a specific use case. How we facilitate integration testing and cross-team collaboration through the use of Zephyr emulation. The speakers will compare different approaches for testing without hardware.
