Zephyr Project Meetup: Toyosu, Tokyo, Japan
Welcome to the Zephyr Project in-person meetup in Toyosu, Tokyo, Japan! This special edition of the meetup will be held in conjunction with Open Source Summit Japan and welcomes anyone interested in Open Source, Embedded Systems Programming, and Software Development.
This evening event will take place at the Toyosu Office of Renesas Electronics Corporation.

There will be presentations covering products running Zephyr, subsystems you may not have discovered yet, and features emerging across the ecosystem.
Join us to expand your network and explore the world of dependable, low-power embedded systems. Whether you’re an experienced professional or just stepping into these technologies, this meetup offers a welcoming space for everyone!
Our primary language for group communication and events is English, and we warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Please note that venue capacity is approximately 30 people, and registration may close early if we reach the limit.

Those who register by 23:59 on December 3, 2025 will receive a follow-up email with entry details. We will try to accommodate registrations submitted after this date, but due to building management procedures, we cannot guarantee acceptance.

Travel info
Participants will share a taxi from the OSSJ venue. After the conference closing, please gather around Hall B3, where the Zephyr track will be held.
