The Zephyr community is heading to Prague this October for Open Source Summit Europe and Embedded Linux Conference Europe 2026. Taking place from October 7–9 at the Prague Congress Centre, the event brings together open source developers, contributors, maintainers, technologists, community leaders, and end users to exchange knowledge, collaborate on solutions, and advance open source projects.
Open Source Summit is a cross-domain gathering for the open source ecosystem. Its tracks cover cloud and orchestration, Linux, embedded systems, AI and data, digital trust, software packages and containers, open source management, safety-critical software, and more.
Whether you develop software, maintain a project, support an open source community, manage an OSPO, work in legal and compliance, or are beginning your open source journey, the event offers opportunities to learn from practitioners, discover emerging technologies, build connections, and collaborate on ideas that move projects forward.
This year also marks 35 years of Linux, providing another opportunity to recognize the technologies, contributors, and collaborative development models that support modern infrastructure.
The Zephyr Project will be part of the week in Prague through two community-focused events: the Zephyr Maintainers Forum on October 6 and the Zephyr Developer Summit from October 7–9.
Zephyr Maintainers Forum
Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2026
Time: 8:00–17:00
